As VP of Development, North America for Ennismore, James Kot most notably oversaw the design, development, and ground-up construction of the Hoxton Williamsburg in Brooklyn, New York. Designed in collaboration with Soho House, The Hoxton Williamsburg offers three restaurants: Klein’s, the Backyard, and Summerly Rooftop Bar.
The Hoxton, owned by Ennismore, currently has two hotels in London and one each in Amsterdam and Paris. In North America, the Hoxton is coming or has opened in the cities of New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Portland.
The Hoxton brings together locals and the creative community together, capturing the essence of a lifestyle neighborhood hotel that Dovetail also looks to create.
